摘要
介绍了在 10 0kt/a乙二醇装置上 ,采用膜分离技术回收利用工艺放空气。装置经过一年运行 ,结果表明该技术工艺简单、投资小、运行可靠。乙烯和甲烷的回收率分别为 87 7%和 6 1 5 % ,乙烯、甲烷回收量分别为 76 3t/a和 797t/a。
The method of recovering the gas of vent was discussed using technology of the film separation on the glycol device. The result showed that the method was simple and dependable in the process. The recovery of methane and ethylene was 61 5% and 87 7%, the total recovery of the methane and the ethylene was 797 t/a and 763 t/a. The achieved benefit was about 4700000Yuan(RMB) by the method each year.
