本文主要对当前我国证券公司所暴露的危机现象进行了由浅及深的分析,从诱发因素、促成因素和深层因素角度探讨了券商危机背后的种种根源,在文章的最后,笔者提出了规范和发展我国证券公司的若干政策性建议。

This article mainly analyzes the exposed crisis phenomenon of China's securities broker company. From the risk factor, facilitating factor and deep factor angle, the article probes into all sorts of origins behind securities trader's crisis. At the end of the article, the authors have proposed standardizing and developing several policy suggestions of the securities broker company of our country.
