摘要
研究目的:针对目前中国有关土地确权的法律法规建设滞后的情况,提出若干相应的改进意见。研究方法:文献资 料法、实证分析法。研究结果:对当前土地确权的相关规定提出了几点修改建议。研究结论:提出的修改建议是符合当前 需要的,并具有较强的现实意义和指导意义。
The purpose of the paper is to provide legal foundations in inquisition of land right cases while the existing laws and regulations can not fit or lag behind the actual situation in China. Methods of documentation and demonstration analysis were employed. The article puts forward several suggestions on modification to current regulations regarding confirmation of land right. These suggestions can meet current needs and have strong practical and guiding significance.
