摘要 利用环己酮与季戊四醇在非酸催化剂的作用下,合成了聚缩酮螺胞二醚的先导化合物7,11,18,21 四氧杂三螺[5,2,2,5,2,2]二十一烷.考察了催化剂、反应物的摩尔比、带水剂、反应温度等对反应的影响.利用FTIR、及HNMR对标题化合物的结构进行了表征,标题化合物的最高收率可达70%以上. 7,11,18,21-Tetra-oxa-trispiro[5,2,2,5,2,2] hencicosane was prepared by cyclohexanone reaction of+9 pentaerythritol in the presence of non-acid catalysts. Several factors (catalyst, the radio of reactants, and reaction temperature) were discussed. The structure of 7,11,18,21-Tetra-oxa-trispiro[5,2,2,5,2,2] hencicosane was examined using FTIR and HNMR.The yield is more than 70%.The compound is a precursor substance for synthesis of poly-ketal-spiro-vic-diether.
