摘要
用大白菜4个品种进行的测定表明,软腐欧文氏菌(Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora)从寄主根系侵入的菌量与它对寄主根细胞表面吸附的菌量间存在正相关关系。在测定的寄主根组织两种物质中,细菌凝集素(BAG)含量的高低与病菌的根表吸附量和根系侵入量的高低呈正相关趋势;随幼苗的生长,吸附菌量和侵入菌量与BAG含量呈平行下降趋势;细胞壁蛋白质(CWP)含量与病菌吸附和侵染之间也有类似关系。结合以前的研究分析认为,BAG是作为吸附中的植物识别子而影响吸附和侵入的,而CWP则作为一种菌体粘联因子对吸附和侵入发生影响。
Based on the tests with 4 cultivars of chinese cabbage, an evident corelation was established between the adsorption on and invasion to the host root by Erwinia carotovora subsp, carotovora. The agglutinin (BAG) and cell wall protein (CWP) contents in the plant root tissues were measured. The BAG contents in both seeds and seedling roots of the plant were positively related to the bacterial numbers of both adsorption and invasion of the plant roots by the pathogen, which was indicated by the difference of the three parameters in the cultivars and the parallel tendency at which the tested values of these three parameters decreased as growth of the plant. The positive corelation was also found between CWP content and both adsorption and invasion of the bacteria. The CWP from seedlings was able to agglutinate the bacterial cells in a non—typical form of antigen—antibody reaction. According to the previous studies of the authors and the results in this paper, the BAG contents in the plant roots was suggested to be a fundmental biochemical factor influencing the pathogenic adsorption, as a result, invasion to the host roots, by its cognor function for the bacterial adsorption and the host—pathogen recognition. While the effects of the CWP on adsorption and invasion were just the chemical role of its cohering the bacteria.
