摘要 益阳电厂1号锅炉基建调试期间在燃用设计校核煤种时,锅炉主蒸汽温度、再热蒸汽温度低,燃烧不稳,多次发生锅炉高负荷灭火,其原因为锅炉过热器面积偏少、炉内温度水平偏低。通过采取炉内布置品字型卫燃带等技术措施,取得了明显效果。 When No.1 boiler in Yi-Yang Power Plant burned design checked coal during the commissioning period, the main steam temperature and reheat steam temperature were on the low side, and the combustion was unstable, extinction occurred many times at high load. The cause was that the superheater area was not enough and the furnace temperature level was on the low side. After laying refractory belt in the furnace, the problem was solved with obvious effect achieved.
