摘要
目的 观察E80 3对60 Co γ射线照射小鼠造血系统的辐射防护作用。方法 C57小鼠一次全身照射前灌胃给药E80 3和5 2 3,测定脾指数、CFU S(7.5Gy)、外周血象 (5 .5Gy)、造血祖细胞集落形成 (3.5Gy)。结果 7.5Gy照后第 7d测定各给药组的脾指数、CFU S明显较照射组增多。 5 .5Gy照射引起的小鼠的外周血细胞数量的降低以白细胞发生最早 ,照后 2 4h给药组的WBC数量均比照射对照组有不同程度的升高 ,以E80 3各给药组最为明显 ,药物未能使照射引起的外周血细胞最低值升高 ,而有降低的趋势 ,但给药对照射后期外周血象的总体恢复有较好的促进作用。 3.5Gy照后第 7d观察给药组的造血祖细胞集落的形成能力强于照射对照组 ,并且E80 3组明显优于 5 2 3组。结论 E80 3对60 Co γ射线引起的小鼠造血系统损伤有保护作用。
Aim To evaluate the effect of E803 on protecting hematopoietic system from radiation damage in 60 Co-γ irradiated mice.Methods Prior to a single dose total-body irradiation(TBI) by 60 Co-γ C 57 mice was fed with E803 and 523.Spleen exponent,CFU-S(7.5Gy),peripheral blood picture at day 1 through day 21(5.5Gy) and the number of hematopoietic progenitors colony forming(3.5Gy) was tested.Results At 7 day after the mice was irradiated with 7.5Gy,CFU-S and spleen exponent of E803 group was higher than radiation control group.Mice irradiated at dose of 5.5Gy gamma-irradiation showed timed-related decreases and restores in peripheral blood picture at day 1 through day 21,the counts of WBC of these group had taken drug has various degree to increase than irradiation control group in day 1.Drugs failed to protected the peripheral blood cell at lowest point,but seems promote their rescovery.E803 treated group was distinct.At 7days after mice were radiated in 3.5Gy,we observed drug could significantly hold back the decreased number of hematopoietic progenitors colony forming radiation induced.Conclusions E803 can protect hematopoietic system from radiation damage in 60 Co-γ irradiated mice.
