Studies on Different Origin of the Fruits of Ligustrum lucidum by Chemical Pattern Recognition

目的 为中药材女贞子的质量评价提供依据。方法 应用主成分分析法 (PCA)对来源于全国不同产地的女贞子进行了化学模式识别研究。结果 不同产地的女贞子化学成分的差异较大 ,炮制后也对成分有较大影响。结论 PCA分析法化学模式识别研究可用于女贞子的质量评价。

Aim To provide evidence for quality evaluation of the crude drug,the fruits of Ligustrum lucidum.Methods Chemical pattern recognition was performed on the fruits of Ligustrum lucidum collected from various areas of China by PCA (principal component analysis) method.Results There were obvious differences of chemical components among the samples from various origins,and the chemical components would be also affected by processing.Coclusion Chemical pattern recognition by PCA can be used to the quality evaluation of the crude drug.
