摘要
目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定异维倍克气雾剂中维生素C含量的方法。方法 YWG NH2 分析色谱柱 (4.6mmID×2 5 0mm ,粒径 5 μm)。流动相 :乙腈 -水 (85∶15 ,磷酸调pH3.2 )。流速 :1.0ml/min ,检测波长 :2 4 5nm。 结果 维生素C的理论板数为 170 0 ,回归方程Y =4 .32 3+0 .0 0 0 0 0 0 12 91X ,r =0 .9999,线性范围 15 .76~ 78.80 μg·ml-1,平均回收率为 98.4 % (RSD为1.6 % )。最低检出浓度约为 0 .3μg·ml-1。结论 该法操作简便 ,结果准确 ,可用于测定异维倍克气雾剂中维生素C的含量。
Aim A quantitative method was developed for the determination of Vitamin C in Yuanquanchang Aerosol by HPLC.Methods Vitamin C was chromatographed on a YWG-NH 2 column(4.6mm ID×250mm,5μm)using a mixture of acetonitrile and water(85∶15,v/v),which was adjusted to pH3.2 by phosphoric acid,and monitored at 245nm with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min.Results The number of theoretical plates calculated by Vitamin C peak was 1 700.The regression equation was Y=4.323+0.000 000 129 1X(r=0.999 9),which was linear over a range from 15.76μg·ml -1 to 78.80μg·ml -1 .The average recovery was 98.4% (n=6,RSD 1.6%).The measurable lowest limit were 0.3μg·ml -1 .Conclusion The method was sensitive,rapid and accurate.
