摘要
目的 制备烟酸缓释片 ,进行体外释放度研究。方法 以羟丙甲基纤维素为骨架材料 ,70 %乙醇为粘合剂 ,采用湿法制粒压片 ,以紫外分光光度法测定其在不同释放介质中的释放度。结果 所研制的缓释片缓释效果良好 ,符合零级动力学规律。结论 用羟丙甲基纤维素作为骨架材料能达到较好的缓释作用。
Aim To prepare nicotinic acid sustained released tablets using HPMCK 4M and evaluate its releasing features in vitro.Methods HPMCK 4M was utilized as matrix,70% ethanol was employed as a binding agent to obtain wet granules.The dissolution in different mediums were determined by UV specophotography.Results The drug release behavior could be best described by first-order kinetic equation.Conclusion HPMCK 4M could be used as a matrix to prepare sustained-release tablet of nicotinic acid.
