摘要
在许多大的喷锚支护工程中,挂钢筋网喷射混凝土 所形成的喷层是保证工程稳定的重要结构之一,而以往的研 究对此部分的分析较少。结合现场实际工程反复试验确定 了适合喷层受力变形的挠度函数,得出了喷层中的应力分布 规律,并通过挡土墙加固工程实际,证实了局部采用双层钢 筋网的喷浆支护新方法可以取得良好支护效果。
In many large shotcrete anchor support works, shotcrete layer reinforced by wire mesh is one of the important structures to guarantee stability of works, but in the former researches, analysis about this is comparatively less. In the light of reduplicative tests on the support of practical works, this paper establishes the deflection function which fits for stress deformation of shotcrete layer, and deduces the stress distribution rule in the shotcrete layer. Finally, on the basis of the practical reinforcement of the retaining wall, it is verified that the new support method of shot concrete with local two layers of steel bar nets can gain good effect of support.
