摘要 在研究薄层状复合顶板条件下综采工作面大断面开 切眼的地质与生产条件和施工方法的基础上,提出在该条件 下采用联合锚固支护。运用工程类比方法和数值计算方法, 系统设计了该条件下的锚固参数,如锚杆直径、锚杆长度、锚 杆间排距、锚索长度、锚索间排距、锚杆与锚索的锚固长度和 锚固力等。顶板离层监测结果表明,所提供的锚固方式与锚 固参数能够有效控制薄层状复合顶板大断面开切眼的顶板 变形与冒落。 On the basis of the study of the geology and production conditions and the construction method of large cross section open-off cut for fully mechanized mining face under the thin bed compound roof, A combined support has been put forward. The anchor parameters, such as the diameter and length of bolt or cable, and the spans, between-row spaces, anchor lengths and anchor forces of bolts and cables, etc., have been systematically designed by using engineering analogical design method and numerical calculation design method. The monitored results of roof separation have indicated that the anchor way and the anchor parameters provided by this paper can effectively control the roof deformation and caving of large cross section open-off cut with thin bed compound roof.
