山东省淄博矿区煤矸石综合利用初步分析

Preliminary Analyses of the Comprehensive Utilization of Coal Gangue in Zibo Coal Mining District of Shandong Province

简要分析了淄博矿区的生态环境特征和概况,着重 分析了淄博矿区煤矸石综合利用中存在的问题:首先,国家 无专项资金扶持,矿区贷款困难;其次,国家制定的优惠政策 得不到很好落实,造成矿区经济损失;第三,工艺技术落后, 利用途径单一。针对这些问题,提出了煤矸石综合利用的利 用途径,如生产建材、发电、筑路填充等。

The paper simply introduces the features of eco-environment and general situation in Zibo coal mining district, emphatically analyses the problems existing in the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue in this mining district: first, the country haven't established the special support fund, and the coal mine is difficulty to get loans; second, the preferential policies isn't carried out well, resulting in the economic loss of coal mine; third, the technology isn't advanced, and the utilizing ways of coal gangue are fewer. In view of the problems, the paper offers the ways of the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue, such as producing building materials, generating electricity and constructing roads.
