摘要 利用正交试验法对丰山铜矿2004年度预选矿石进 行了浮选条件试验。通过对试验结果进行综合分析、比较, 找到了一种较优的浮选技术,并按照该技术在验证实验和 2004年上半年生产实践中获得了良好的选矿技术经济指 标,使铜回收率达到90.54%,铜精矿品位达到26.65%,相 对往年有明显的提高。 The previous experiment of flotation conditions was carried out by use of orthogonal experimental method for the mineral processing production of 2004 year in Fengshan Copper Mine. Through the comprehensive analyses and comparison of experimental results, a fairly good flotation technology was fount out. Based on flotation technology, the good technical and economical indexes of mineral processing were achieved in the proving experiment and the practice in the first half of 2004 year, that copper recovery reached 90.54% and grade of copper concentrate reached 26.65%, all were markedly increased comparing with the past years.
