摘要
通过对普通女大学生参加健美操专修前后五项身体素质水平的对比研究,发现经常进行健美操练习有利于女大学生身体素质的提高,即学生的腰腹力量、下肢力量和有氧运动能力的提高有比较明显的变化.
After the comparative study of the events' level related to body quality among the ordinary female college students before and after they specialized in callisthenic, The result finds that constant exercise of callisthenic will be helpful for quality as well as west and leg strength.
