摘要
应用ADT-830运动控制卡和步进电机,研制了汽油机瞬态工况试验研究所用的节气门瞬态控制器。介绍了控制器的总体方案、硬件组成以及基于VC++6.0的软件开发。控制器具有开发速度快、容易扩展功能,具有可视化程序界面、实时动画显示节气门状态等特点。实用证明该控制器能够精确控制节气门旋转的角速度与角加速度,其性能满足实际应用的要求。
Applying the ADT-830 motion control card and step-motor, a transient throttle control (system) for spark-ignited engine research is developed. In this paper, the general scheme, hardware (composition) and software design based on VC^(++)6.0 are expatiated. The system has the characteristics of fast (developing), easy function extending, favorable visual interface and real-time animated displaying of the throttle's status. The experiment results and the application show that the system's angular velocity and angular acceleration of the throttle's rotation are in high precision and meet the requirements of the actual application.
