摘要 对 Na-Y 分子筛、Na-X 分子筛、硅胶和 D001 树脂作为 Fe2+固定化载体进行了研究。从负载量、稳定性、催化氧化性能和经济性等方面综合比较,Na-Y 型分子筛是一种理想的载体。通过优化条件制备了 Fe-Y 催化剂,并对其在非均相 UV/Fenton 反应体系中催化氧化苯酚的工艺进行了研究。结果表明,该催化体系在 pH 2.0~10.0 范围内都能高效地催化氧化苯酚,在基准条件下,反应时间 30min 时,其去除率接近 100%。该体系比 H2O2/Fe-Y,UV/H2O2和 UV/Fe-Y 体系对苯酚的降解效率大大提高,说明 UV 和 H2O2/Fe-Y 之间存在协同效应。 Iron immobilization on four kinds of carriers, Na-Y zeolite, Na-X zeolite, Silica gel and D001 resin, to prepare heterogeneous UV/Fenton catalysts was investigated. After comparing the amount of adsorption, stability, oxidative performance and economy respectively, it was found that Na-Y zeolite is a satisfactory carrier. The catalytic property of the heterogeneous UV/Fenton process with the Fe-Y catalyst prepared under optimized condition was studied by the process of catalytic oxidizing phenol. Results show that, the Fe-Y heterogeneous UV/Fenton process has high efficiency for the phenol oxidization process in a wider pH variation (2.0-10.0). Under the standard conditions, the phenol removal rate reached almost 100% after 30 min reaction in the heterogeneous UV/Fenton system. The phenol removal rate enhanced significantly in the UV/H2O2/Fe-Y system comparing with in the H2O2/Fe-Y, UV/H2O2 and UV/Fe-Y system. This indicates that there exists synergetic effect between the UV and H2O2/Fe-Y system.
