Decision-Making of Equipment Investment in Enterprises

企业设备投资决策包含两部分内容,即投资方向的确定和具体投资方案的选择。目前,前者往往缺乏科学的分析手法而后者也很不严谨。本文采用线性规划的灵敏度评价方法提供了企业满意的设备投资方向,同时,本文建立了一套综合评价指标体系并采用考虑多因素内在联系的一种聚类评价方法来完成具体投资方案的选择评价。应用表明,本文所采用的方法简单合理,便于企业实施也便于上级主管部门进行审核。

Decision-making of enterprise equipment investment includes two parts: determination of investment orientation and selection of concrete investment schernes. At present, the former is lack of the scientific analysis and the latter is also not rigorous. This paper provided a satisfactory equipment investment orientation for enterprises to use by means of the sensitivity evaluation method of linear programming. In the meantime, the paper set up a set of comprehensive evaluation index systems and employed a cluster evaluation method considering inherently related factors to deal with the selection of concrete investment schemes. The application demonstrates that the method used in the paper is simple and reasonable, it is convenient for enterprises to implement and for the authority to conduct the examination.
