本文介绍了煤炭科学基金资助项目《建井投标决策支持系统》的开发背景、理论基础、设计思想、开发策略、系统特点及系统的结构和功能。
Coalmine construction tender decision support systems is coalscience fund supporting project. This paper introduces its development background, theory base, design thinking, development tactics, system characteristics, system structure and function.
