摘要
介绍了克拉玛依市多层砖混结构住宅两种阳台的结构特点与计算模型,在此基础上对阳台的可靠度进行验算,认为虽然阳台的强度储备尚在安全范围之内,但应按照"概念设计"的思想对阳台进行可靠性分析及确定维修加固方案。
The structural characters and calculation models of two typical balconies in the multi-story brick buildings at the city of Kelamayi, Xinjiang, are introduced, and the reliability of the two kinds of balconies was tested. Their intensity is within safety range based on the on-sit survey and calculation. But because there are some bugs in design, it is essential to analyze the reliability of the balconies according to the concept design and then to form the maintaining and strengthening measurement.
