新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病相关生物学研究进展

摘要
新生儿缺氧血性脑病(HIE)不仅可引起围产期新生儿死亡,而且是新生儿期以后造成伤残儿童的主要原因之一。其发病机制复杂,随着现代免疫学和分子生物学的迅速发展,近几年大量研究证明,脑缺氧缺血后可激活一系列分子反应,一部分可进一步介导脑损伤,同时也有一部分对脑组织起着保护性作用。相关生物学研究,对HIE预后以及干预治疗均有十分重要意义。复习有关文献综述如下。
