摘要 试验选用 30头杜洛克×太湖和汉普夏×太湖二元杂仔猪 ,平均 4 4日龄断奶 ,体重 (10 .30± 1.80 )kg ,研究了经腿部肌肉注射 0 ,0 .2 5 ,0 .5 ,1.0和 2 .0mg猪生长激素释放因子 (pGRF)基因质粒对猪生产性能、胴体品质和血液参数的影响。试验结果表明 ,pGRF基因质粒对猪不同生长阶段生产性能的影响不同 ,10~ 4 0kg阶段促生长效果好于 4 0~ 10 0kg阶段 ,且促生长效果与剂量有关。相对于促生长效果 ,在猪整个生长阶段pGRF基因质粒对饲料利用率的改善效果更明显。 10 0kg体重屠宰 ,2mg组对胴体品质改善最明显 ,但对肉质无影响 ;血液中GH、IGF I。 This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of growth hormone-releasing factor gene plasmid (pGRFGP) on growth performance, carcass quality and blood parameters in pigs. 30 crossbred pigs were weaned at average 44 days of age, initial weight (10.30±1.8) kg. Pigs were treated with 0, 0.25, 0.5, 1.0 or 2.0 mg pGRFGP by i.m. injection in buttocks. The results indicated that the growth response to pGRFGP was different in the different growing period. The effect of pGRFGP on growth performance was greater in 10~40 kg BW than in 40~100 kg BW in a dose-related manner. Compared to growth performance, improvement of feed efficiency was more marked in the entire growing period. There was a trend for pGRFGP to reduce backfat thickness, increase loin eye area and muscle mass. pGRFGP treatments did not affect meat quality. Blood GH, GRF, IGF-I, BUN and glucose concentrations were not affected(P>0.05) by treatments.
