Effects of Dietary Conjugated Linoleic Acid Supplementation on Performance and Immune Function of Early Weaned Pigs

摘要 试验选用 72头 (2 3± 2 )d的断奶仔猪 ,随机分为 4个处理组 ,分别添加 0 ,1% ,2 %和 3%的共轭亚油酸 (CLA) ,研究CLA对断奶仔猪生产性能和免疫功能的影响。结果表明 ,随CLA添加剂量的增加 ,全期日增重和日采食量呈二次曲线增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,饲料转化效率线性改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在第 2 8d ,特异的卵清白蛋白抗体产生量呈二次曲线增加(P <0 .0 5 ) ;在试验第 14和 2 8d ,外周血淋巴细胞转化率呈二次曲线提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。本试验表明 ,CLA对断奶仔猪有改善生长性能和增强免疫功能的作用。综合生长性能与免疫反应考虑 ,CLA的最佳添加剂量为 2 %。 Seventy-two weaned pigs (23 days of age) were randomly allotted to four diets supplemented with graded levels of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA ) at 0, 1%, 2%, 3% to assess the effect of CLA on growth performance and immune responses of pigs. The results showed as increasing of dietary CLA levels, average daily gain and average daily feed intake were increased quadratically (P<0.05) and feed efficiency was improved linearly (P<0.01) . The specific OVA antibody production was increased in quadratical (P<0.04) on d 28 and lymphocyte proliferation was increased quadratically (P<0.02) on d 14 and 28. This study demonstrated that CLA can improve growth performance and immune function in weaned pigs. 2% CLA supplementation is optimal for growth performance and immune function of weaned pigs.
