摘要
我国煤系硬质高岭岩资源丰富,出于开发高档精密铸造用莫来石型砂产品市场的需要,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上进行了淮北煤系硬质高岭岩煅烧试验研究。考察了原料性质、煅烧温度、生产规模以及设备选型等因素对产品质量的影响,开发了高温直燃式回转窑煅烧新工艺,以开发利用淮北煤系高岭岩生产精密铸造用莫来石型砂产品。
China has rich resources of hard coal-series kaolinite rock. Out of demand on developing market for high-quality mullite molding sand products, the tests on calcination of Huaibei coal-series hard kaolinite rock are done based on the process mineralogy study. The effect of ore quality, calcination temperature, produce scale and the choosing of equipment on the product quality is investigated. For developing and ultilizing Huaibei kaolinite rock to produce mullite molding sand, the new process flowsheet that calcine directly kaolinite rock in rotary kiln at high temperature was determined finally.
