摘要
针对半导体激光器的工作机理及其出射光束的特点 ,设计了医用半导体激光照射仪的光束变换系统和激光恒流驱动电路 ,有效地稳定了光功率密度。介绍了系统的组成和工作原理。
According to the working mechanism of laser diode and the characteristic of lignt beam,transform system for beam of light and circuit of invariablenes current were developed.Laser power density is steadied effectively.The structure and basic principle are described.
