摘要
给出了四象限探测器 (QD)光电探测原理 ,从理论上详细分析了背景光干扰下对位置探测精度的影响 ,得出位置误差与测量位置存在线性关系、与信噪比几乎存在反比关系 ,并用实验验证了分析结果。最后提出了减小背景光影响的几种措施。
The photoelectric detection principle four quadrant detector was introduced in this paper. The background light influences on four-quadrant detector were analyzed in detail in theory. The analysis results indicate that position error is linear with measurement position and nearly inverse proportion to the SNR. The prediction of theory is consistent with experimental results. Some methods of decreasing background light influences on QD were given in the end. The work makes it possible to evaluate such additional position error quantitatively and guide the application of QD.
