摘要
研究了高分子粘合剂对锌团矿性能的影响,讨论了高分子粘合剂的加入量与湿团矿、干团矿、焦结矿的性能以及残渣锌含量和还原效率的关系。实验结果表明:高分子粘合剂为8%～9%时,湿团矿,干团矿以及焦结矿的抗压强度,还原矿的抗压强度和还原效果以及残渣锌含量等性能均达到了实际应用的要求。
Influnce of polymolecale binder on the characteristics of zinc briquetting were studied. The relationship between the concentration of polymolecule binder and the characteristics of humid zinc briquetting dried zinc briquetting and burnt zinc briquetting were discussed. The results show that the characteristics of zinc briquetting had meted requirements of industrial production.
