摘要
介绍了内螺纹异型件注射模的设计特色 ,为实现两个半开内螺纹的注塑件成形和脱模 ,利用弹簧和拨块进行二次分型 ,并在滑块内侧进行横向抽芯。整副模具设计巧妙 ,结构合理。
This paper expounds the design process about injection mould in female screw thread. Here we use spring and putting briquet to carry out the injection molding of half nut and demoulding. Therefor we use crosswise mandrel stripping inside the gliding block. This mould is ingenuity and superior.
