21世纪是生物技术的世纪。转基因食品作为转基因技术的产物,其安全性评价引起人们的高度重视。"实质等同性"原则评价转基因食品的安全性合理吗?为此,我们需要对评价转基因食品安全性的"实质等同性"原则进行分析和探讨,并从哲学的角度进行反思,旨在探寻更加合理的方法来评价转基因食品的安全性。
The 21st century is a century of biotechnology. Genetically modified food (GMF) is the product of transgenic technology, and the safety of GMF has been paid attention to by the people. Is the Principle of 'substantial equivalence' reasonable, which is regarded as the principle to revaluate the safety of GMF? Therefore, we need to analyze the principle of 'substantial equivalence' and to make philosophical reflections on it, so that we search more reasonable means to revaluate the safety of GMF.
