摘要
在提出全面创新管理(TIM)成功的影响因素之后,本文详细研究了海尔和惠普的动态创新历程,首次提出了以企业家创新精神主导的海尔TIM模式和企业家精神与员工创新互动的惠普TIM模式,并对两种TIM模式的共性和个性进行了分析和比较,同时对其实际意义作了进一步的探讨。最后在此基础上,提出了TIM理论的系统协同创新战略和哲学思想对企业创新实践的现实意义。
After bringing forward the influence factors of TIM's success, this paper researches the dynamic innovation courses of Haier and HP in detail. It firstly deduces the entrepreneurship-oriented Haier's TIM mode, and the interaction-oriented HP's TIM mode of entrepreneurship and employees' innovation. Then, the commonness and individuality of two modes of TIM are analyzed and compared, and the practical significance is further discussed. Based on above researches, it finally puts forward the realistic signification of enterprise's innovation practices with systematic and synergic innovation strategy and philosophical ideology of TIM theory.
