摘要
通过对江铜贵溪冶炼厂铜冶炼系统改造工程项目实施过程的介绍,总结了贵冶三期项目经理部在项目建设中,运用科学的管理方法,从而保证了工程质量,缩短了工期,降低了工程成本。
The paper introduces the implementation process of technical renovation of phase-III copper smelting system of Guixi Smelter and concludes that using scientific management method is an important way for the Guixi Smelter Phase-III Project Manager Department to guarantee engineering quality, shorten construction period and reduce project cost in the construction of the project.
