摘要
气液相分离是空间HeII冷却系统研究中的一项关键技术 ,利用自行研制的超流氦多孔塞气液相分离器试验装置和测量系统 ,通过改变多孔塞两端的温度、压力条件 ,模拟空间制冷情况 ,对多孔塞中HeII的流动特性进行了实验研究。在实验中观察到HeII在小温差、小压差下的正常流动和较大温差、压差下的堵塞流动。对试验结果进行了讨论 ,并对试验数据和基本理论计算结果进行了对比。
Vapor-liquid phase separator is a crucial component of HeII cooling system at zero-gravity. An experimental setup with its data acquisition system is designed and fabricated. Several porous plug phase separators have been designed and tested. Not only normal flows in small pressure and temperature differences but also choked flows in large pressure and temperature differences are observed. The experimental data are discussed and compared with the theoretical predictions.
