摘要
论述了我国食品安全标准体系的构成和特点,分析了体系存在的问题,介绍了体系的建设概况,特别是"十五"国家重大科技专项"食品安全关键技术"中食品安全标准体系以及标准制修订的部分研究成果;提出了加快我国食品安全标准体系建设的措施。
This paper discusses the structure and characteristics of Chinese food safety standard system, and makes an analysis on the problems of this system. Then it introduces the general situation of the establishment of Chinese food safety standard system, especially some research results of food safety standard system and standards' development in the specific program of 'the research on key technology of food safety' of Minister of Science and Technology. Steps to promote the establishment of Chinese food safety standard system are also put forword in this paper.
