温度对狗卵母细胞体外成熟培养的影响被引量：3

摘要以兰州土狗为实验动物,研究不同的温度对兰州土狗卵母细胞的体外成熟培养的影响,结果表明,采用不同温度以微滴(上覆灭菌矿物油)培养卵母细胞,其体外成熟率差异极显著.
