黄河一级支流窟野河近年来出现严重的断流现象,分析了引起窟野河断流的原因,认为自然与人为因素的共同作用,使窟野河断流,但主要是过量开采地下水和煤炭资源的大面积连片开采引起,并提出了治理对策。

Kuye River, the 1st branch of Yellow river has appeared water interception seriously in recent years, the article analyzes the reasons that caused the phenomenon and think that was the common function of human being and nature caused water interception, but the main reason is overdraft of groundwater and exploitation of coal resources in large area. At the end, the author puts forward the control countermeasures.
