摘要
“学习型组织”理论的提出者彼得·圣吉明确表示,严格而确切的学习型组织的定义还不存在,没有人真正了解什么是学习型组织,包括他自己。每个人都在各取所需地描绘学习型组织,在创建学习型组织的热潮中,各种各样的活动与组织都贴以“学习型组织”的标签,给人的感觉是务虚、形式化和迷失了根本方向。
According to the proponent of the 'learning organization' theory, Peter Senge, although people have been enthusiastic about the concept of a learning organization, few seem to have a clear understanding of it. The author of this paper points out that rational analysis is needed before this theory can be applied to the construction of a learning society. This author believes that if the concept of a learning organization is not properly defined, people with different perspectives will give their own arbitrary interpretations. Though the idea of a learning organization is innovative and insightful, it should never be viewed as a panacea for solving the problems that currently exist in all government departments, business enterprises and other organizations in China. More analysis is needed to guide our practice. A simple cut-and-paste approach is of little help in training high-quality personnel.
