摘要
试验结果表明,栽培于不同锌水平培养液中的姜苗,其氮代谢有明显差异。缺锌时,核糖核酸酶活性高,硝酸还原酶活性低,水溶性蛋白质含量也低,游离氨基酸积累,No_3^--N 多,而 NH_4^+-N 少。锌多量时也有与缺锌相似的趋势。
The nitrogen metabolism of the ginger seedlings grown inHoagland Solution with dif- ferent zinc levels had significantdifferences.Under zinc deficiency,RNase activity,free aminoacids and NO_3^--N were higher,and NR activity,soluble proteinsand NH_4^+-N lower than those at normal zinc levels.The similartendency was found under zinc excess.
