摘要
用4种药剂对12个省的31个玉米象样品,7个省的12个杂拟谷盗样品和11个赤拟谷盗样品进行调查测定,结果表明,在31个玉米象样品中,2个样品对溴氰菊酯,2个样品对马拉硫磷,1个样品对辛硫磷,7个样品对 r-666分别产生了抗性。在12个杂拟谷盗样品中,有1个样品对 r-666产生了抗性。据抗药性规律研究发现,玉米象对溴氰菊脂、马拉硫磷易产生抗性;增效醚对延缓溴氰菊酯抗药性的产生有一定作用;溴氰菊酯与辛硫磷或马拉硫磷混用能明显延缓抗药性产生。
Resistances of 31 samples of Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky collected from 12 prov- inces,12 samples of Tribolium confusum Jacquelin and 11 samples of T. ferruqineum Fabricius from 7 provinces to 4 insecticides were tested.In S.zeamais,resist- ances of 2 samples to deltamethrin,2 to malathion,1 to phoxim,and 7 to r-666 were found.In 12 samples of T.con fusum,1 sample was resistant to r-666.Results also showed that S.zeamais was easy to develop resistance to deltamethrin and malathion,and piperonyl butoxide could slow the resistance to deltamethrin in some extent.The resistance could be more significantly delayed by application of deltamethrin mixed with phoxim or malathion.
