摘要
在自然高温下栽培22个不同类型不结球白菜,依据数量遗传学原理,利用逐步回归分析和通径分析,建立了各相关性状对产量和综合评价的最优回归方程。试验结果表明,供试材料中以佛山乌叶、矮抗3号和矮杂1号表现最佳,具有高产、抗病和质优的特点。相关分析也表明,产量是综合评价中的主要因素。产量分别与株高、开展度、叶长、叶宽及叶厚呈极显著正相关。综合评价与叶厚呈极显著正相关,与开展度、叶宽分别呈显著正相关。产量和综合评价的最优回归方程分别是:Y=-5.237+0.216x_3(叶长)+0.016x_5(叶厚);Y=0.799+0.022x_5(叶厚)。两方程均达极显著水平,在对越夏栽培不结球白菜品种综合评价中,可用叶厚及叶长作为主要简易性状指标。
Twenty-two cultivars of nonheading Chinese cabbage were cultured under natural high temperature.Basing on the theory of quantitative genetics,the best regression equa- tions of correlated characteristics to yield and evaluation score were established by stepwise regression and path analyses.Among the used materials,Fushan Wuye,Aikang 3 and Aiza 1 were the best cultivars with traits of high yield,disease resistance and good quality.The correlation and path analyses showed that yield was a major factor and the thickness and length of leaves could be used as major and simple characteristics in comprehensive evaluation of nonheading Chinese cabbage.
