摘要
用赤霉素(GA_3)和多效唑(PP_(333))处理苹果停长新梢上的叶片,于不同时期测定叶片内源游离多胺(PA)的变化。结果表明 GA_3和 PP_(333)都能导致 PA 的积累,但 PA 对PP_(333)的响应比对 GA_3的响应滞后;在0～500 ppm 范围内,GA_3物质的量浓度与效应呈正相关,PP_(333)有浓度饱和现象。
Contents of endogenous polyamines in apple leaves sprayed with GA_3 or PP333 at the stage of spring shoot stopping growth were determined at different times.The results show- ed that both GA_3 and PP333 resulted in polyamine accumulation,but the response of polyamine to PP333 was later than to GA_3;the effect of GA_3 was positive related with its concentration and PP333 had a saturation phenomenon.
