摘要
韭菜的香气成分全部集中于所含精油中,确定其主要成分为二硫和三硫化合物等20种物质。红外光谱图可作为韭菜精油的鉴别标准,折光指数及相对密度等亦可作为韭菜精油的质量依据。
The essential oil contains all kinds of the aromatic substances in Allium tuberosum Rottl.ex Spr.Determined by GC-MS-DS,20 compounds in essential oil are mainly disulfides and trisulfides.According to the IR spectrum analysis and physical con- stant determination,it can be suggested that IR spectrogram,refractive index and relative density can be used as identifying standards of essential oil.
