多囊卵巢综合征与肾虚血瘀关系浅探

An Exploration on the Relationship Between Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Deficiency of Kidney and Blood Stasis

妇科疾病肾虚血瘀证的发生机制主要是由于肾虚致肾主生殖的功能失调 ,肾、天癸、冲任、胞宫生殖轴功能紊乱 ,阴阳气血失于平衡所致。多囊卵巢综合征 (PCOS)的核心病机是卵子发育延迟和排出障碍 ,符合肾虚血瘀的基本病理。

In gynecopathy, the pathogenesis of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis was caused by function malajustment. Kidney, Tiangui, Chong and Ren channels, uterus procreation's function became turbulence; Yin yang and Qi-blood lost balance. Ovum hypoevolutism and ejection handicap were the nuclear pathogenesis of PCOS, its basic pathology accorded with deficiency of kidney and blood stasis. So, the method of tonifying kidney and promoting blood could be considered as the basic way to treat PCOS in TCM
