摘要
组织型纤溶酶原激活剂 (tPA)及抑制剂 (PAI)是血浆纤维溶解系统 (简称纤溶系统 )的主要因子 ,两者之间的平衡对维持血液流动有重要意义。近年研究表明 ,无论在体或离体哺乳动物子宫内膜组织均存在tPA、PAI,其生成和含量受性激素及多种因子调节 ,呈周期性变化 ,与月经形成有关 ,tPA和PAI的平衡失调 。
The tPA/PAI was the cardinal factor of plasma fibrinolysis system, the balance between them was of significance to keep blood flowing. In recent years, the research showed that tPA and PAI, whether in the body or out of the body, existed in endometrial tissue of mammal, and its creation and content were regulated by sex hormone and various factors, it presented a periodical change and related with emmenia. If the balance of tPA/PAI was malajustment, it might lead to abnormal endometrorrhagia.
