术前访视对患者心理生理影响的研究

Study on the psychological and physiological influence of preoaperative visit on patients

目的 :探讨术前访视进行护理干预对手术患者心理、生理的影响。方法 :将 10 8例在普外科住院准备行手术治疗的患者随机分为观察组和治疗组各 5 4例。对照组患者术前采用一般常规护理 ,观察组患者在一般常规护理的基础上 ,于手术前 1日下午进行术前访视 ,术时由访视护士负责接病人入手术室。结果 :观察组患者心率、血压及术前焦虑水平与对照组比较 ,自身与干预前比较 ,差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :术前访视进行护理干预可以有效减轻患者的应激反应 ,维持血液动力学的稳定 。

Objective: To explore the psychological and physiological influence of nursing intervention through preoperative visit on patients. Method :108 cases of patients , who were ready for operation in general surgery , were randomly divided into observation group and treatment group, 54 cases in each group. Patients received routine nursing before operation in the control group, while patients, in the observation group , on the basis of routine nursing, received preoperative visit on the afternoon , 1 day before operation, and were sent to the operating room by the visit nurse. Result: Heart rate , blood pressure and anxiety level befare operation among patients in the observation group showed a significant difference (p<0.01) compared with the control group and compared with themselves before intervention. Conclusion: Nursing intervention through preoperative visit can effectively reduce stress reaction among patients, maintain the stableness of hemodynamics, and benefit the smooth performance of operation.
