冠心病介入治疗发生并发症的原因分析及护理

Analysis on causes and nursing of complications in intervention therapy of coronary heart disease

目的 :探讨冠状动脉介入诊疗术后并发症的发生原因及护理对策。方法 :本组 32 0例 ,采用改良Seldinger方法穿刺右股动脉 ,常规分别行左右冠状动脉造影 ,不同体位行数字血管减影 ,必要时行PTCA和支架置入术。结果 :32 0例均获成功 ,2 3例发生并发症 ,其中迷走神经反射性低血压 9例 ,穿刺部位血肿11例 ,动、静脉瘘 2例 ,肾功能损害 1例。结论 :了解并发症发生的原因 ,有针对性地做好护理 。

Objective: To explore causes and nursing measures for complications after coronary intervention therapy. Method: Among 320 cases, the improved seldinger method was used to puncture left femoral artery , routine coronary arteriography was taken in left and right coronary arteries, DSA was taken in different sites, and PTCA and support in-lay were performed when necessary. Result: Among 320 cases, which were all successful, complications occurred in 23 cases, among which there were 9 cases of vagus reflexive hypotension, 11 cases of hematoma in punctured sites, 2 cases of arteriovenous fistula and 1 case of renal function impairment. Conclusion: It is of great significance for the final success of operations to understand the causes for complications and take adequate nursing measures.
