摘要
通过对环境的分析,认为组织采用单一管理模式很难适应快速多变、日益复杂的管理环境和社会的需求,给出了E时代管理模式的五个属性,即以人为本、精简的流程、柔性、清晰的知识产权、社会性,在此基础之上,建立了E时代管理模式概念模型和反应机制。
By analyzing the environment, the paper holds that by adopting a single managerial mode it is difficult for an organization to be adapted to the managerial environment and social needs that are becoming rapidly changeable and increasingly complicated. Five characteristics of the managerial mode in the E epoch are given: 1. Taking people as the center; 2. Using simplified flow; 3. flexibility; 4. Clear intellectual property right; 5. Sociality. Based on these characteristics are built the conception model and the response mechanism of the managerial mode of the E epoch.
