摘要
针对大庆油田热电厂200MW机组汽包水位保护系统长期无法投入运行的问题,对汽包就地取样装置和水位保护系统进行了改造,解决了水位保护一次测量系统优化配置问题,消除了锅炉汽包水位计测量误差,为运行人员提供准确的水位指示,有效地防止锅炉汽包满水和缺水事故发生。
The surge tank and drum level protection system are modified and the optimization configuration of primary sensing system for drum level protection is solved, and gauging error of drum level indicator is also eliminated focusing on the problems that the drum level protection system have not been put into use for long time for 200MW unit in Daqing oil field thermal power plant, which provides an accurate level indication for operators to run the boiler so that whether flooding or water shortage is avoided.
