摘要
阐述了国电双鸭山发电有限公司1号机组在DCS系统改造后,给粉电源切换过程中,给粉机变频器失去控制指令,造成给粉机跳闸,锅炉燃烧不稳,引发锅炉MFT动作的原因,介绍了严密、有效的改进措施。
The main reasons why the main fuel trip (MFT) took action during the switchover of pulverized coal feeding power source after DCS of No. 1 unit in Shuangyashan generating power Co. Ltd was modified are analyzed in the paper. The results showed that the frequency converter of pulverized coal feeder did not work against control command, which caused pulverized coal feeder to trip, made boiler combustion unsteady and had boiler MFT take action. The close, effective modified measures focusing on the problems described above were also made, and what is more, an excellent effectiveness has been resulted from them.
