摘要 SF6高压断路器具有良好的灭弧性能,可提高供电可靠性及减少检修次数,使电气接线形式简单、运行维护方便;但SF6气体遇超低温易液化,严重制约了SF6断路器在北方的正常使用。通过对国产几种典型SF6断路器性能的分析和用户使用情况的调研,证明了在灭弧室内按比例充入SF6混合气体后,可解决SF6气体易液化的问题,确保SF6断路器可在北方寒冷气温下稳定运行。 High voltage SF_6 breaker switch has an excellent arc extinguishing performance, which can promote the reliability of power supply, cut down the times of overhaul, and make the electricity connection type simple and run & maintenance convenience. However, SF_6 gas is apt to liquidize when pumped into extra-low temperature climate, due to which SF_6 breaker switch is restricted badly to use in north areas. Through the performance analysis of several typical kinds of SF_6 breaker switches made by manufactures at home and the survey of customers use circumstance, it is shown that the problems of SF_6 gas liquefaction can be solved when mixed SF_6 gas is put into arcing chamber at appropriate proportion and make SF_6 breaker switch run steady in north cold temperature climate.
