摘要
对设在福建省东山试验点的41个短枝木麻黄种源的11个性状遗传分析表明,种源间在各个生长和形态性状上存在显著或极显著差异,遗传力在039~088之间,表明各性状的差异主要由遗传因素所致,具有较强的选择潜力.遗传相关分析结果表明,除冠幅与树高相关性不显著外,其他各生长性状之间的相关性达极显著水平,主干分叉习性与主干通直度间呈极显著相关.以用材林为培育目标,选择材积、胸径、树高为主要指标,同时考虑主干分叉习性、主干通直度等干形性状,从41个种源中筛选出7个优良种源,分别为18014(印度)、18154(菲律宾)、18157(马来西亚)、18153(巴布亚新几内亚)、18296(泰国)、18312(瓦努阿图)和广东湛江种源,这些优良种源的增产作用十分明显.
Compared with 41 provenances from 15 countries and areas,the variation in growth and morphological characteristics is assessed in an 11_year_old provenance trial of Casuarina equisetifolia at Dongshan, Fujian Province, southeastern China.abstract: The results show that there are significant differences among all of the characteristics. The heritability varies from 0 39 to 0 88, which shows that the differences result from genetic factors. The genetic correlation was analyzed in this paper. The results show that different provenances have highly significant correlations in most of growth characteristics, and the correlation between axis persistence and stem straightness is highly significant. Regarding the stem volume, with DBH and height as main indexes, and considering axis persistence and stem straightness at the same time, 7 excellent provenances are selected among 41 ones. They are 18014(India), 18154(Philippines), 18157(Malaysia), 18153(Papua New Guinea), 18296(Thailand), 18312(Vanuatu) and Zhanjiang, Guangdong respectively.
